Our Registry Favorites

One of the most fun and daunting tasks after getting engaged is creating a gift registry. We're here to help! Our girls in office have put together a list of items that have gotten the most love from our registry and the things you can leave off.

Allie's Pick

KitchenAid 3-in-1 Chop and Slice Set, $59.95

My problem with cooking is all of the prep-work. I cannot stand all of the time it takes to prepare food even before actually cooking it. I just feel like its time that's wasted. I'm also not very good with knives (literally cut my thumb open this past weekend in the kitchen...) This KitchenAid chopper is my favorite thing we registered for because it takes something I hated spending time on (chopping vegetables) and makes it super easy and QUICK. Sounds silly, but this little gadget brings me so much joy, and allows me to spend that extra time with my hubby and my pup! You will not regret this thing, I promise.

Lainey's Pick

KitchenAid Artisan Stand Mixer, $379.95

Even though this was a hard decision, I have to say my favorite thing from my registry was a KitchenAid Stand Mixer! I've used it make cookies, TONS of banana bread and lots of other fun recipes! I even have a special bowl that turns it into an ice cream maker, and an spiralizer attachment to make zoodles and french fries! Mine is the "Pistachio" color which I love, but it comes in over 20 different color options! In my opinion, this is a must-have for all brides! It is a classic, timeless gift that will definitely be gracing my kitchen counter for years to come.

The Newlywed Kitchen Cookbook, $21.90

When my husband and I got married, we were already homeowners and we had a long list of projects we wanted to tackle around our house. We ended up registering at Lowes and Home Depot for gift cards so we could get all the supplies we needed!  One of our friends gave us The Newlywed Kitchen cookbook, and we have tried so many of the delicious recipes inside! One of our favorite recipes is the Italian sausage, kale and white bean soup. It is our go to book for when we want to do a little cooking together in the kitchen and by far one of my favorite gifts we received that has gotten the most use!

Anna's Pick

Wallace Silversmiths Stainless Steel Flatware, $59.99

I didn't register for any special occasion silver because I'll be inheriting some beautiful silver someday, but I did still want more formal flatware that could be used everyday and also for special occasions. It's stainless steel so it's extremely durable and dishwasher safe, but it has that formal look. Plus each utensil is a different pattern which I had never seen before but I absolutely love it! I highly recommend getting a flatware that can do both!

Crystal's Pick

Casafina China

We registered for more of everyday china that could withstand a lot of daily use.  I absolutely love china and have collected so many various antique and specialty pieces along with items that have been passed down from family, so I felt like it made the most sense for us to have everyday items that are literally dishwasher, microwave, freezer and oven safe! The fact that I can plate our meals and pop them into the oven to keep them warm is something I love about these plates and of course the easy peasy clean up gives you more time to spend when hosting guests instead of laboring over the dirty plates at the kitchen sink.
